World's first high resolution cationic inkjet! Gerber announced our latest innovation in the wide-format UV inkjet marketplace at both PRINT '09 and SGIA 2009. The new Solara ionZ delivers all of the benefits of the current Solara ion™ family including GerberCat™ Ink and Cold Fire Cure™ low temperature technology, but with the added advantage of high resolution image output. It utilizes 14pl print head technology to finer resolution without sacrificing print speed. |

Gerber now offers an upgrade package for the Solara ionV. You can now add roll-to-roll capability or double the amount of print heads for faster print times. Also the Solara ionX is now available in a flatbed configuration only.

The Gerber Solara ionV offers most of the benefits of the Gerber Solara ionX in a significantly more affordable package. Similar to the Gerber Solara ionX, the Gerber Solara ionV can print virtually any rigid and flexible media on its precision flatbed, up to 100"/2.5m in length and with perfect double-sided printing capability. What differentiates the Gerber Solara ionV is instead of eight print heads it includes a single CMYK four-head set and does not include a roll-to-roll printing system. |
