Overlaminates
Under normal application conditions, sunlight, handling and maintenance, typical pollution and weather, controlled petrochemical contact, printed graphics do not require any additional protection. But sometimes, there may be graphics that experience out of the ordinary conditions. For those times, we have an offering of overlaminates that will help.

Gerber GerberGuard
(Overlaminate - Not intended for printing)
Custom-formulated for Gerber, Gerber Guard is designed to provide additional protection from petroleum-based or other chemicals, as well as increased abrasion resistance due to exposure to severe handling conditions. Gerber Guard’s glossy characteristic creates a more lustrous finish when applied to your Gerber imaging device-produced graphics. May also be used on unprinted vinyl film with the same quality results.

Gerber StrikeGuard
(Overlaminate - Not intended for printing)
Gerber StrikeGuard is an extra-thick (8ml), flexible clear overlaminate designed to provide EDGE®-printed graphics with extreme protection from forceful impact. It has been developed as part of a great new system for producing helmet decals and for decorating “extreme sports” equipment, including recreational vehicles.

Gerber UVGuard
(Overlaminate - Not intended for printing)
Gerber UVGuard Overlaminate offers resistance from harmful UV rays, environmental pollution, and severe abrasion conditions. Graphic applications previously not recommended, such as decals on horizontal surfaces or graphics applied in extreme weather conditions, may be produced and applied with total confidence.

Gerber Luster
(Overlaminate - Not intended for printing)
A 2.0 mil, clear glossy overlaminate film. This cast overlaminate is for Gerber and is ideal for the protection of inkjet graphics and is especially beneficial when printed graphics require UV protection and experience abrasion/handling. It also provides graphics with water and chemical resistance. This product is designed for use in cold roll laminators.

Gerber EZ Guard
(Overlaminate - Not intended for printing)
An easy to apply water based liquid overlaminate. This non-yellowing overlaminate is ideal for the protection of graphics from UV exposure, abrasion, and handling. It also provides graphics with excellent water and chemical resistance. The gloss finish of this product enhances the visual appearance of the printed graphic. This product requires no special equipment to apply; simply roll it on using common white, low nap or high-density foam rollers.
