Gerber High Performance (HP) vinyl is specially-formulated by 3M to adhere to uneven surfaces and perform for five-to-eight years, even in harsh exterior environments. Clear pressure-sensitive adhesive allows production of attractive two-way markings and promotes ease of cutting, weeding, and application. HP vinyl is available with two liners: 220 features 78 pound kraft paper, while 225 is lined with transparent synthetic.  

3MTM ControltacTM Film 180

High performance 2-mil gloss vinyl which features pressure-activated adhesive to simplify application of graphics on flat, corrugated and riveted surfaces. Pigmented adhesive (except Bright Yellow) provides maximum color opacity. Six- to seven-year exterior life.

220 High Performance 

High performance 2-mil cast vinyl specifically developed for Gerber for optimal Gerber EDGE-printing, and for vinyl cutting, weeding, and application. Clear pressure-sensitive adhesive allows production of attractive two-way markings. Excellent durability with five to eight-year exterior life.

225 High Performance

High performance 2-mil cast vinyl film on a transparent synthetic liner. Expressly formulated for Gerber. Transparent, synthetic liner is moisture-resistant and offers superior registration for multi-color plotter applications and on Gerber thermal transfer printed graphics. Clear pressure-sensitive adhesive allows for production of attractive two-way markings. Excellent durability with five- to eight-year exterior life.

3MTM ControltacTM Film with ComplyTM Adhesive 250Cv2

2-mil, repositionable vinyl graphic film with a grey-pigmented,pressure-activated adhesive. The design of this film allows air to easily escape through micro- channels under the film’s surface without leaving any noticeable channel marks on the film surface itself. The result is a smooth, glossy graphic film that is faster and easier to apply than conventional films.

Ideal for large graphics over corrugated and riveted surfaces such as tractor trailers, buses, and other fleet graphic applications. 250Cv2 Controltac Film with Comply Adhesive can be used on a wide variety of substrates including ABS resins, aluminum, chrome, glass, fiberglass reinforced plastics, painted surfaces and flat or simple curved surfaces, with and without rivets. This film is not recommended for use on stainless steel, non-3M films, or substrates that do not have a clean, smooth surface or have poor paint-to-substrate adhesion. It is also not intended for applications where petrochemical contact may occur. If petrochemical exposure is anticipated, refer to the Product Bulletin.

Gerber ImageCast

Cast 2-mil vinyl film with a clear adhesive system suitable for all types of graphic displays. This material is similar to Clear Enamel Receptive without the enamel receptive coating. Five year unprinted exterior life.
